She is Emilian, year of birth 1983, and she works in the field of product and interior design, carrying out plans for private clients and enterprises. Through the restoration of antique handcrafted items, she has rediscovered an interest in the value of the past and she has made of it her form of expression.

Her products, gathered together under the brand "ilaria.i", are rigorously made in Italy and express a concept of sustainability linked to a different way of living and, only afterwards, of manufacturing.

During her creative process, Ilaria lets herself be led by the settled technical manner of the artisan. She explores old stories which interlace like the plots of a novel and she expresses them making amazing objects of daily use.

For her third participation in Sparkling, ecologically correct Ilaria presents Pet Pot, a set of objects for the table made with Murano glass and willow wood interlaced. The expert use of the artisan techniques, connected to the designer's refined couplings, shows that the tradition is not mere repetition but endless discovery.
