Luxury hand made

Carola Pasquino, a dressmaker's daughter, grew up surrounded by fabrics, threads and buttons. While attending university in the city of Genoa, Italy, her expressiveness as an artist began to take shape. Her passion and studies of Architecture gave her the opportunity to combine beauty in the form of a rational, useful objects with a humanistic and cultural vision of the product itself. She combined her passion for art and nature into a Degree on English Landscape Architecture.

Through collaboration with Biella's textile industry, she has the opportunity to study high quality and innovative yarns.

Though trained as an architect, she emerges as an artisan. The industrial experience produces an artist who's creative inspiration combines nature with production and oneness with recognition.
Progetto c73 continues the rich traditional Italian approach of skilled craftsmanship in it's weaving by combining elements of earth, nature, perfumes and colours.

Progetto c73 redefines modern accessories with a unique blend of cultural heritage, elevating yarn funds to precious jewelry level. Old and new yarns of different materials are intertwined and knotted with artisan patience. Unique pieces and limited series where the last meters of yarn from ending cones can incorporates new life and new form.

Design Diffusion is a publishing house specialized in the publication of periodicals dedicated to the various aspects of the design world. Industrial design, furnishings, architecture, fashion, food, communication, art and lifestyle are the main areas covered.
